Introduction: A bra, brassiere short is a shape-fitting undergarment designed to support and cover the breasts of the wearer. Bras are made for a variety of purposes, including increasing the breast size of a woman, producing cleavage or other cosmetic, style or practical requirements.
When women work out, more pressure and impacts are put on their breasts than during their daily activities. The movement and bouncing of women's breasts can create a force of up to 5 times their actual weight. Wearing a sports bra provides them the support and comfort they need to do physical activity.

Solution:
We know,
SMV = Basic time + Allowance
= (Cycle time × Rating) + (Bundle allowances + machine and personal allowances)
= (6.10× 0.78) + (Bundle allowances + machine and personal allowances)
= 4.76 + ( 6.10 × 10%)+ (6.10× 20%)

Solution:
Here,
SMV = 6.59 Minute.
No. of worker = 27.
Line efficiency = 85% = 0.85
We know, Total working hour in a day = 8 hr.
Now,
Production Target = {(Total manpower per line × Total working min per day )/ S.M.V.} × Efficiency
= { (27 × 8 × 60) / 6.59 } × 0.85
= 1671.623~ 1672
= 1672 pieces.
So, Daily production target = 1672 pieces in one sewing line
and Hourly production target = 1672 / 8
