Spinning is the first step in the textile industry. Through the spinning process, we produce yarn and filament. Yarn is made from different natural fiber and filament yarn is made from man-made fiber or filament. We use different machines for different purposes or procedure in spinning. In this post, we listed most use full machine that’s are used in spinning industry;

List of Spinning machine

1. Blow Room: Blow room is the first section of a spinning industry that performs opening, cleaning, blending and removing dust. The yarn quality depends entirely on the performance of this section.

Opening Machine: There are some opening machines use for bale opening in the blow room;

Cleaning machine: There are some Cleaning machines use for cleaning the fiber in the blow room;

2. Carding machine: The carding machine is positioned between the blow room and the drawing frame in the spinning procedure. It purifies and parallels the fibers. The resulting card web then forms into a strap that is put in a can.

3. Draw Frame machine: Draw frame is also referred to as a drawing machine. Drawing is a procedure of yarn manufacturing process where sliver is passing through a pair of rollers, each pair of roller rotates more quickly than the first one to extend the sliver.

4. Lap Former machine: Lap former is a machine that is necessary in the production of lap in the spinning industry. The lap former machine is used to prepare the lap. After the blow room process is completed, it is used. 

5. Comber Machine:  The combed sliver is converted from the lap into finer and higher performance yarns by a comber machine. The comber machine enhances fiber consistency and strength. The combing machine's role is to straighten and parallel fibers and remove small fibers and impurities.

6. Flyer or Simplex:  Simplex frame is positioned after the comber in the yarn production system. The sliver produced from the comber is thicker and it is not suitable for direct yarn production to be fed into the ring frame. Drawn sliver is therefore processed before entering the ring frame by a simplex or roving frame.

7. Ring spinning machine: The ring frame turns the roving spool into a yarn. The roving bobbin is installed automatically or hand-held on the ring frame. The Ring Frame extends the material and draws it.

8. Rotor Spinning Machine: The spinning rotor machine is a fast, effective open-end yarn spinning machine with an impurity discharge system, which is self-exhausting. It offers outstanding rotor yarn quality, performance reliability and a variety of rotor yarn counts. The yarn is used mainly to weave gloves, denim and towels are produced from Rotor spinning machine.

9.  Auto-coner: Auto coner is used for making the different length and size cone package.
